Through a simple conscious connected breathing technique, certified by Jon Paul Crimi, we work directly with the nervous system to release stored tension, regulate stress responses, and restore a sense of inner alignment without spending hours talking about problems.
Sound Healing
Meditation with crystal singing bowls and other instruments offers a deeply restorative experience that supports relaxation, nervous system balance, and emotional reset. Certified in sound healing by Calming Spot in Los Angeles, this practice uses frequency and vibration to invite the body into a state of rest where it can naturally recalibrate.
